How to put your brand on a custom pet bed — logo application methods, packaging options, artwork requirements, and what to plan for before placing your order.
Branding is what turns a wholesale product into something that belongs to you. Whether you are launching a private-label line or expanding an existing brand, this guide covers every option we support — from logo application to retail packaging — and exactly what you need to prepare to make it happen.
Four Ways to Put Your Logo on a Pet Bed
We support four standard logo application methods. The right choice depends on your brand aesthetic, fabric type, and price point. Multiple methods can be combined on a single product — for example, an embroidery label on the bed plus a printed hang tag for retail display.
胶标 — Molded Rubber / Silicone Patch
A molded silicone or PVC badge with your logo in raised relief. Attached by sewing onto the fabric surface. Durable, water-resistant, and gives a premium tactile quality that photographs well.
丝印 — Direct Print onto Fabric or Packaging
Logo printed directly onto the product surface, inner lining, or packaging material using screen printing. Flat, clean finish. Works best on smooth fabrics or non-woven materials. Less prominent on textured surfaces.
锈标 — Woven or Embroidered Label
Logo stitched directly onto a woven patch, then sewn onto the product. Classic, durable, and high perceived value. Works well on both flat and textured fabrics. Colors are thread-matched to your brand palette.
吐牌 — Printed Hang Tag
A branded card attached to the product by a string or pin. Printed with your logo, brand story, product specs, care instructions, or QR codes. Easily swapped per market or season. Often combined with other logo methods.
| Method | Placement | Durability | Visual Style |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rubber Label | Sewn onto product surface | Excellent — waterproof | 3D raised, premium feel |
| Silk Screen | Printed on fabric or packaging | Good — fades with heavy washing | Flat, graphic |
| Embroidery | Woven patch, sewn on | Excellent — permanent | Textured, craft-quality |
| Hang Tag | Attached by tag pin or string | Removable — retail display only | Fully custom printed |
Three Packaging Formats We Support
Packaging affects presentation, shipping cost, and retail readiness. We offer three standard formats — choose based on your sales channel and price point.
Color Box
Full-color printed cardboard box with your brand design. Professional retail appearance suitable for shelf display, gifting, and premium positioning. Requires artwork files and print-ready design.
Retail / GiftHang Tag Only
Product ships without a box — your branded hang tag provides all the identity and product information needed. Lower packaging cost. Common for products sold via Amazon FBA or online-only channels.
Online / FBAClear Transparent Bag
Product packed in a transparent polybag, allowing the product to be visible through the packaging. Clean, minimal presentation. Can be combined with a hang tag or an insert card for branding.
Flexible / Multi-channelMixing packaging formats
You can combine packaging types across an order — for example, color boxes for your retail channel and clear bags with hang tags for your online store. Let us know your channel breakdown when placing your order so we can plan accordingly.
What File Format We Need — and Why
All branded packaging and logo applications require the original design source file. This is one of the most common points of delay in branding projects, so it is worth getting right from the start.
Required File Specifications
⚠️ Common artwork problems that cause delays
- Sending a PNG or JPG instead of the .AI file. Raster images cannot be scaled without quality loss and cannot be color-separated for print. Always send the original vector source.
- Missing fonts. If fonts are not converted to outlines, the file may render differently on our systems. Convert all text to paths before submitting.
- No color specification. Without Pantone codes, colors are matched visually from a screen — which varies by monitor calibration. Provide PMS codes for any brand-critical colors.
- Submitting artwork late. Packaging printing lead time is 5–10 days additional and cannot begin until artwork is approved. If you need branded packaging, send your files at the same time as your brief — not after sample approval.
Branded Packaging MOQ
Custom branded packaging requires a minimum production run due to printing setup costs. This applies to color boxes, custom-printed bags, and packaging with your logo or design.
Below 3,000 units? Here is what works
If your initial order is below the branded packaging MOQ, you can still brand the product fully using hang tags, rubber labels, or embroidery — all of which are available at lower quantities. Plain or stock packaging can be used for the first run, with custom packaging introduced once your volume reaches the threshold.
