Accelerate your brand growth with our streamlined, quality-assured production workflow — from design brief to global delivery.
Efficient 6-Step OEM/ODM Customization Process
Every custom project follows the same proven workflow — transparent timelines, defined deliverables at each stage, and a dedicated account manager from day one.
Strategic Consultation & Design
We analyze your target market and customer profile, then propose designs that are optimized for sell-through in your channel — whether Amazon, boutique retail, or pet chain stores.
Certified Material Sourcing
Our sourcing team selects materials from audited suppliers and verifies safety compliance for your target region — REACH (EU), CPSC (US), or other applicable standards.
Rapid Prototyping & Tooling
A physical sample is produced and shipped to you for validation. You review fit, finish, and branding placement, and we incorporate your feedback before proceeding to production.
Lean Manufacturing & QC
Mass production runs under continuous quality supervision. Each batch undergoes inline QC checks and a final pre-shipment inspection before release.
Custom Branding & Packaging
We apply your logo, brand colors, and messaging across all packaging — retail boxes, polybags, hang tags, care labels, and insert cards. Full private-label execution.
Global Logistics & Support
We coordinate sea or air freight to your destination, handle export documentation, and provide 24/7 after-shipment support — tracking, claims, and reorder management.
Who Is OEM/ODM Right For?
Amazon Private Label Sellers
Differentiate from generic competition with exclusive designs and your own brand identity. Higher ASP, higher margins.
Pet Retail Chains
Develop store-brand pet bedding and accessories that command full margin and reinforce customer loyalty.
Pet Lifestyle Brands
Extend your existing brand into pet accessories with custom-designed products that match your aesthetic and quality standard.
Importers & Distributors
Lock in exclusive territory rights on proprietary designs and reduce exposure to price competition on commodity SKUs.
What Sets Our OEM Service Apart
We are not a trading company. PetFangFang is a factory-direct manufacturer with full in-house design, production, and QC capabilities.
In-House Design Team
Our designers produce market-ready product concepts within 48 hours — not weeks. You approve before we spend on materials.
Certified Materials
All fabrics and fill materials are sourced from audited suppliers with current REACH / CPSC test reports available on request.
Low MOQ for Custom
Unlike most OEM factories, we work with realistic first-production quantities — no need to over-commit inventory on a new design.
Full Packaging Execution
From dieline to finished retail box, we handle all packaging production in-house — consistent quality, no third-party delays.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from buyers starting their first OEM project with us.
What is the minimum order for an OEM project?
Minimum order quantities for custom products vary by product type. We aim to work with first-time OEM buyers at realistic entry quantities — contact us with your target product category and we will provide a specific MOQ and unit cost breakdown.
Can I see a sample before committing to bulk production?
Yes — sample approval is a required step in our process (Step 3). We produce and ship a physical prototype within 7 days of design confirmation. Bulk production only begins after you have approved the sample in writing.
Do you provide compliance documentation?
Yes. We can provide material test reports (REACH, CPSC) upon request. For products destined for EU or US markets, we strongly recommend requesting these at the material selection stage (Step 2) to avoid delays.
What file formats do you need for branding?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG files for logo and branding assets. Our design team will adapt your assets to the specific packaging dielines and label layouts.
Can I start with wholesale stock orders before doing OEM?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Most successful OEM buyers start with 1-2 stock wholesale orders to validate their market, then move to custom production once they know which categories have the strongest demand. See our First-Time Buyer's Guide to get started.
