A sample fee applies to both OEM and ODM projects. Once you place your bulk production order, the full sample fee is credited back. This ensures both parties are committed before production begins, and costs you nothing if you proceed.

How the Process Works
Whether you choose OEM or ODM, the process follows the same core steps. The main difference is at the design stage — ODM starts from a finished design, OEM starts from a brief.
Share your brief or select your base model
For ODM: browse existing models and identify the size, fabric, and packaging options you want. For OEM: provide reference images, a mood board, or a written brief covering shape, materials, size range, and target market.
Receive a design proposal and quote
For ODM, we confirm the specifications and provide a unit price. For OEM, our design team prepares a proposal — typically within 48 hours — covering the design direction, material specs, and estimated pricing.
Approve and pay the sample fee
Once the design and specifications are confirmed, a sample fee is charged to initiate production of your physical sample. The fee is fully refunded when you proceed to bulk order.
Receive your sample in ~3.5 days
Your physical sample is produced and shipped within approximately 3.5 days of sample fee confirmation. Review dimensions, materials, finish, and packaging before approving.
Approve sample and place bulk order
Once the sample is approved, you sign the proforma invoice and pay the production deposit. Bulk production begins immediately — standard lead time is approximately 20 days from deposit, depending on order complexity and quantity.
